The real estate indicators in July 2020 even beat what was happening in the market a year ago. The number of CLOSED SALES in July 2020 was 1,646, an increase of .7% from last year at this time, and up from 1,313 in June 2020. The MEDIAN SALES PRICE increased. The June 2020 numbers are in, and it’s good news!   We Broward County Realtors have been working steadily, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, and many real estate indicators in June 2020 were better than Broward County real estate stats in May 2020. The number of CLOSED SALES in June 2020 were 1,313. While that is down about 10% from last year, it’s up from the 814 sales in May 2020.
